Katsaros Winery (also known as Domaine Katsaros or Katsaros Distillery for its spirits) is a historic family-owned estate located in the region of Thessaly, specifically near Tirnavos and the slopes of Mount Olympus in Krania, Greece. The '4 Generations' (γενεές) series celebrates the family's long-standing heritage in viticulture, which dates back to 1856.

This specific white wine is a blend of the indigenous Muscat of Tyrnavos and Assyrtiko grapes. The Muscat provides intense floral and aromatic notes, while the Assyrtiko contributes crisp acidity and structure. The estate is currently managed by the Katsaros family, with winemaker Euripides Katsaros leading modern production.
