Kockens Rosmarin Ekologisk

Kockens is a classic Swedish spice brand with a long history dating back to 1916. While the raw material, rosemary, is typically sourced from regions like Morocco or the Mediterranean where it grows naturally, the final processing and packaging are carried out in Sweden.

The brand has undergone several ownership changes over the decades, being owned at different times by Gevalia, General Foods, Kraft Foods, and Unilever (where it was briefly marketed alongside Knorr). Since 2008, Kockens has been owned by Culinar Sverige AB. Culinar itself is a subsidiary of the Lyckeby Stärkelsen group (Sveriges Stärkelseproducenter), a cooperative owned by approximately 1,000 potato farmers in southern Sweden. The production facility is located in Fjälkinge, Skåne.
