Magma Products is a globally recognized brand specializing in marine-grade outdoor grills and premium kitchenware. Founded in 1976 by identical twin brothers Jim and Jerry Mashburn in California, the brand was born out of a necessity for durable, corrosion-resistant cooking equipment that could withstand the harsh saltwater environments of the sailing world. Their initial success with stainless steel boat grills set the standard for high-quality outdoor cooking accessories.

Over the decades, Magma has expanded its portfolio beyond marine grills to include nested cookware sets, specialized cleaning products like 'Magma Magic' grill restorer, and a wide array of mounting systems. In February 2020, Magma Products was acquired by Brand Velocity Partners (BVP), a private equity firm based in New York. Under this ownership, the brand continues to lead the recreational marine and outdoor living sectors, focusing on enhanced marketing and product innovation. Today, it operates as a subsidiary within a portfolio that includes other major outdoor lifestyle brands.
