Ownership remains with the Spanish conglomerate Flamagas S.A., which is a subsidiary of the Exea Corporation (the holding company for the Puig Group). While the brand's heart and significant production reside in Barcelona, Spain, to meet global demand, manufacturing also takes place in Chennai, India, and Shanghai, China.
