Founded in 2008 by Stéphane Courbit, the company is headquartered in Paris, France. It operates as a multinational media powerhouse with over 130 production labels spread across 23 territories, including major hubs in the UK, USA, France, Germany, and Italy.

Technically, its 'products'—audiovisual content and formats—are produced in multiple countries where its various subsidiaries are based.
