SPC (Shepparton Preserving Company) is an iconic Australian brand with a legacy dating back to 1917. Founded as a cooperative of fruit growers in the Goulburn Valley, Victoria, the company has grown into a cornerstone of Australia's agricultural and manufacturing landscape. These diced tomatoes are produced from vine-ripened crops grown locally in the Goulburn Valley, ensuring they are picked and packed within 24 hours to maintain maximum freshness.

Over the decades, SPC has undergone several ownership changes. It merged with Ardmona in 2002 to form SPC Ardmona and was later acquired by Coca-Cola Amatil in 2005. In 2019, the business returned to Australian ownership after being purchased by Shepparton Partners Collective.

Starting in December 2024, the company was restructured following a significant three-way merger with The Original Juice Co. and Nature One Dairy. This transformation led to the creation of SPC Global Holdings Ltd, which was relisted on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: SPG). The company remains headquartered in Australia and continues to focus on strengthening its domestic leadership while expanding its international footprint into Asian markets.
