Hutschenreuther is a prestigious German porcelain brand founded in 1814 by Carolus Magnus Hutschenreuther in Hohenberg an der Eger, Bavaria. The brand became famous for its high-quality 'white gold' porcelain and distinctive lion logo. In 1857, Carolus's son, Lorenz Hutschenreuther, established a second independent factory in the town of Selb, which eventually became the leading entity under the 'Hutschenreuther Selb' name.
