Zoho Corporation is a prominent Indian multinational technology company specializing in cloud-based business software. Founded in 1996 by Sridhar Vembu and Tony Thomas, the company was originally established in New Jersey as AdventNet, Inc. before evolving into the global entity known today as Zoho. It is celebrated for being a successfully bootstrapped company that has scaled to a multi-billion dollar valuation without external venture capital funding.

While the company has a significant global footprint with offices in over 80 countries and a major US presence in Austin, Texas, its core product development and operations are primarily centered in India.
