Sidoli desserts and ice cream

Sidoli's is a prominent Welsh heritage brand with two distinct but historically linked family branches specialized in high-quality food production. One branch, Sidoli's Ice Cream, was established in 1922 by Italian immigrant Benedetto Sidoli in the South Wales Valleys (Ebbw Vale). This division remains a family-run enterprise, now in its fourth generation, and continues to manufacture award-winning dairy ice cream and sorbets in Wales.

The second branch, C D T Sidoli Ltd, operates out of Welshpool, Mid-Wales. This division focus on the artisan bakery sector, producing a vast range of cakes, cheesecakes, and desserts for the foodservice industry across the UK and Europe. Both branches emphasize traditional manufacturing methods combined with modern technology, maintaining their manufacturing roots firmly within the United Kingdom.
