Arca is a premium Romanian brand specializing in artisanal fish delicacies. The carp roe salad (salată de icre de crap) is one of its flagship products, prepared manually in small batches without artificial preservatives. The brand emphasizes a "farm-to-table" approach, sourcing freshwater fish like carp, trout, and sturgeon from its own 130-hectare integrated ecosystem located in Blăgești, Bacău county.

The brand was founded by the Rusu family and is managed through the company Conextrust (and associated entities like Rustrans SRL), which oversees the entire production chain—including fish farming, vegetable cultivation for its spreads (zacusca), and traditional smoking processes using beech and cherry wood. Arca has gained significant recognition in the Romanian gourmet market, with several of its products receiving the "Gustul Ales" (Best Taste) award and traditional product certifications. The brand recently expanded its reach by opening its own network of boutique grocery stores under the brand name 'Undé'.
