These chips are notable for being some of the first to receive "Certified Regenerative" status, reflecting a commitment to soil health and sustainable agricultural practices. The products are manufactured in the U.S. using an authentic "tortilla-first" process, where the corn is cooked, ground into masa, pressed into tortillas, and then fried—differing from the common industry practice of using pre-made corn flour.
