Château Pouchaud-Larquey is a red wine originating from the prestigious Bordeaux region in France. The vineyard is located in Morizès, within the Entre-deux-Mers sub-region. This specific 2020 vintage is an organic wine, as indicated by the 'AB' (Agriculture Biologique) and Euro-leaf labels on the bottle. This certification reflects the estate's long-standing commitment to organic viticulture, which it has practiced since 1984.

The wine is produced and bottled at the estate (Mise en bouteille au château) by the Piva family. Originally from the Piedmont region of Italy, the Piva family moved to France and established themselves as vignerons. They purchased Château Pouchaud-Larquey in 1961 and have since managed it as a family-owned enterprise. Today, the fourth generation of the family—Sandrine, Guillaume, and Élie Piva—continues the tradition of winemaking, focusing on sustainable practices and the expression of the local terroir through classic Bordeaux blends, typically involving Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc.
