RFSU (Riksförbundet för sexuell upplysning) is a pioneering Swedish brand and organization established in 1933 by Elise Ottesen-Jensen. Originally founded to advocate for sexual and reproductive health and rights during a time when contraceptives were illegal in Sweden, the organization began selling condoms to fund its educational and advocacy work.

Today, the brand's commercial operations are managed by RFSU AB. The company operates its own manufacturing facility in Hälsingland, Sweden, where condoms are tested and packaged in an accredited laboratory to ensure the highest quality standards. While core products like condoms are manufactured in Sweden, raw materials such as natural rubber latex are sourced from sustainable plantations in Malaysia. The brand has expanded its portfolio to include lubricants, pregnancy tests, and intimate care products, distributing them across the Nordic region and internationally. All profits from RFSU AB continue to fund the non-profit work of the RFSU association, supporting sexual education and human rights initiatives globally.
