The brand was developed as a collaboration between the Swedish wine distributor The Wine Team Global and the renowned Italian wine producer Casa Vinicola Botter. Botter, founded in 1928 by Carlo Botter, remains a family-owned enterprise managed by the third generation of the Botter family.

A distinctive feature of Casa Marzoni bottles is the 'spago'—a traditional string and wax seal applied by hand over the cork, symbolizing the manual craftsmanship behind the brand. The product is certified organic and vegan-friendly, reflecting modern production standards while maintaining traditional Italian viticulture techniques.
