Nudossi Nuss-Nougat-Crème

Nudossi is a renowned German hazelnut spread brand, famously originating in the late 1960s in the German Democratic Republic (East Germany) as a high-quality alternative to western hazelnut creams. It was originally created by the Vadossi company in Radebeul, Saxony. The brand gained a legendary reputation for its exceptionally high hazelnut content, which at 36% remains significantly higher than most global competitors.

After a brief hiatus following German reunification, the brand was successfully revived in the late 1990s. Today, it is manufactured by Sächsische und Dresdner Back- und Süßwaren GmbH & Co. KG at its traditional production site in Radebeul. The variety pictured is the palm oil-free version, introduced in 2017 to meet modern environmental and health standards while preserving the classic recipe's high nut profile.
