Château Bouteilley is a historic red wine produced in the Bordeaux region of France. The estate is located in the commune of Yvrac, approximately 12 kilometers northeast of the city of Bordeaux. The property has a legacy dating back several centuries, with historical records indicating it has been in the hands of the Guillot family since 1617.

The wine itself is an 'Appellation Côtes de Bordeaux Contrôlée,' typically crafted from a traditional Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. It is produced and bottled directly at the château using modern winemaking techniques, including temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and a patented submerged cap system invented by Jean Guillot to enhance maceration and flavor extraction.

Ownership remains strictly within the family. Today, it is managed by the Jean Guillot company (SCE des Domaines Jean Guillot), a family-owned business overseen by the descendants of its founder. This continuity of ownership for over four centuries reflects a deep-rooted commitment to the winemaking traditions of the Right Bank of Bordeaux.
