Gourmet is a private label brand primarily used by Transgourmet Ibérica (formerly GM food) in Spain. This specific product is a blend of refined and virgin olive oils, a common staple in Spanish catering and retail under the Gourmet brand umbrella. The product is manufactured in Spain, leveraging the country's vast olive production network, particularly to supply the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) sector via GMcash centers.

The Gourmet brand originated in Spain under General Markets Food (GM Food), which was founded as Miquel Alimentació in Figueres in 1925. After a period of ownership by the Chinese multinational Bright Food, the company was acquired in 2021 by the Swiss group Transgourmet, a subsidiary of the Coop Cooperative. Today, the brand serves as a key private label for professional food distribution across Spain, managed from its headquarters in Girona while being ultimately owned by Swiss interests.
