Sanbittèr is an iconic Italian non-alcoholic aperitif produced by Sanpellegrino. Originally launched in 1970 as 'Sanbitter', it was the first non-alcoholic bitter aperitif in Italy and has since become a staple of the Italian 'aperitivo' culture. The 'Dry' (or Bianco) version is the clear, citrus-forward counterpart to the classic ruby-red Sanbittèr Rosso, characterized by a sophisticated blend of citrus fruits and alpine herbs.

The product is manufactured in Italy, primarily at Sanpellegrino's historic production sites in San Pellegrino Terme. The brand was originally created by the Sanpellegrino company, which was founded in 1899. In 1999, the Sanpellegrino group was acquired by the Swiss multinational Nestlé, which remains the ultimate owner today. The brand is globally recognized for its unique bottle design, originally crafted by the designer Giorgio Giugiaro.
