DKtegoria Salsas is a contemporary brand specializing in the production of high-quality sauces, with a particular focus on traditional Mediterranean flavors like Allioli (garlic mayonnaise). The brand was launched in 2019 as a strategic industrial project by Victor Choví, drawing upon a rich family legacy of over 50 years in the sauce manufacturing industry.

The products are manufactured at a state-of-the-art production facility located in L'Alcúdia, Valencia, Spain. This plant is equipped with advanced technology for high-capacity production, capable of exceeding 5 million kilograms annually while maintaining rigorous food safety and quality standards (including ISO and IFS certifications).

Ownership of the brand resides with Moval Foods S.L.U., a Spanish company headquartered in Valencia. While the founder shares a name and historical connection with the well-known Choví sauce brand, DKtegoria operates as a specialized entity providing both its own labeled products and private-label manufacturing solutions for the Retail and Horeca (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) sectors across Europe.
