Reichsrat von Buhl Blanc de Noir sparkling wine

Reichsrat von Buhl is a prestigious German winery located in Deidesheim, in the Pfalz wine region. Founded in 1849 by Franz Peter Buhl, the estate gained international fame early on; its wines were notably served at the opening ceremony of the Suez Canal in 1869. The brand is deeply rooted in the 'Mittelhaardt' area, known for producing some of the finest Rieslings and sparkling wines (Sekt) in Germany.

Currently, the estate is owned by the Niederberger-Seeger family. It was acquired by the entrepreneur Achim Niederberger in 2005 (who also owned the neighboring Bassermann-Jordan and von Winning estates). After a long period of being leased to external investors, the family took back full operational management in 2013. Today, the winery is certified organic and follows sustainable viticulture practices, maintaining its legacy under the leadership of the family and a dedicated technical team.
