Hjertemagnyl is a well-known over-the-counter and prescription medicine in Denmark used primarily to prevent blood clots. It contains acetylsalicylic acid as its active ingredient.

Originally, the brand was associated with Nycomed, a Danish pharmaceutical company founded in the late 19th century. Through several industry mergers and acquisitions, the brand became part of the Japanese pharmaceutical giant Takeda Pharmaceutical Company. In recent years, Takeda divested various over-the-counter portfolios in Europe to focus on high-growth areas. As of 2026, the brand is owned and distributed in Denmark by Orifarm Healthcare A/S, a Danish pharmaceutical group headquartered in Odense.

While the brand has Danish roots, the manufacturing of the film-coated tablets is primarily carried out in Poland at Orifarm's manufacturing facility in Łyszkowice.
