Pasante is a prominent sexual health brand with its origins in the United Kingdom. Founded in 2000 in Lancing, West Sussex, the brand was built by local entrepreneurs and became the first branded condom line in the UK. In 2016, Pasante Healthcare Limited was acquired by Karex Berhad, a Malaysian-based company recognized as the world's largest manufacturer of condoms. Following the acquisition, Pasante became the UK-based subsidiary and operational hub for Karex's expansion into the European and Middle Eastern markets. While the brand remains headquartered in the UK for management and distribution, its manufacturing is primarily handled by Karex's extensive facilities in Malaysia and Thailand. These sites produce billions of units annually, ensuring the brand can meet high global demand while maintaining international safety standards.
