Baisinger Zwickel beer

Baisinger Zwickel is a naturally cloudy lager (Kellerbier) produced by the Baisinger BierManufaktur. This traditional German brewery is located in the Baisingen district of Rottenburg am Neckar, Baden-Württemberg.

The brand has a long-standing history dating back to 1775 when it was founded by Christian Teufel. To this day, the brewery remains a family-owned enterprise, currently managed by the Teufel family in its 9th generation. The production is concentrated at their facility in Rottenburg, ensuring that all beers are brewed locally according to the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot), using traditional recipes combined with modern brewing technology. Ownership has remained strictly within the founding family through centuries of operation.
