Bollinger Special Cuvée Champagne

Bollinger Special Cuvée is the flagship non-vintage brut champagne from the prestigious Maison Bollinger, located in Aÿ, France. Established in 1829, the house is renowned for its pinot noir-dominated style and traditional production methods, including fermentation in oak casks and extensive cellar aging that exceeds legal requirements. The name 'Special Cuvée' was suggested by Bollinger's British agent in 1911 to distinguish its superior quality from standard non-vintage blends.

Bollinger remains one of the few significant Champagne houses that is still independent and family-owned. It is managed by the Bollinger family through their holding company, SJB (Société Jacques Bollinger). The brand famously holds a Royal Warrant as a supplier to the British Royal Court and has enjoyed a long-standing association with the James Bond film franchise since 1979.
