Celnat is a French pioneer in the organic food industry, founded in 1979 by Robert Celle. Based in Saint-Germain-Laprade, Haute-Loire, the brand leverages a milling heritage that dates back to 1834. It specializes in processing organic cereals, legumes, and seeds into flours, flakes, and breakfast mixes.

While the company remains deeply rooted in the Auvergne region where it operates its own production mill and storage facilities, its product range has expanded to include traditional Japanese and macrobiotic items sourced through strategic partnerships. In 2016, Celnat was acquired by the Spanish multinational Ebro Foods, which has facilitated its expansion into international markets while maintaining the brand's operational independence and commitment to organic standards.
