Cepêra Maionese Original

Cepêra is a traditional Brazilian company founded in 1947 by Abílio Cepêra in São Paulo. Originally starting as a spice merchant, the company expanded into condiments, preserves, and sauces under the leadership of the Costa family, who acquired and transformed the business starting in the late 1960s.

The Maionese Original is part of the 'Sabores Cepêra' line, launched around 2018 to modernization the brand's image and appeal to a younger consumer base. This specific product is manufactured in Brazil, primarily at the company's industrial complex in Itaquaquecetuba or its tomato processing unit in Monte Alto, both located in the state of São Paulo. To this day, Cepêra remains a family-owned Brazilian enterprise, led by the Costa family with Décio Costa Filho serving as CEO.
