Ifri Natural Mineral Water

Ifri is a prominent Algerian brand of natural mineral water, originating from the Soummam Valley in the Kabylie region. The water is sourced from a natural spring in the village of Ifri, Ouzellaguen, where the unique geology of the Djurdjura mountains provides its characteristic mineral composition and natural purity. The brand was officially launched for commercial bottling in PET plastic containers in July 1996, making it one of the first private companies in Algeria to do so.

The brand is owned and operated by the Ibrahim family through the company SARL Ibrahim & Fils (part of the Ifri Group). Since its inception, the company has expanded significantly into a multi-sector conglomerate, diversifying into soft drinks, juices under the 'Ifruit' brand, and even agriculture with 'Numidia' olive oil. Known for its leadership in the North African beverage market, Ifri maintains a strong manufacturing base in the Akbou industrial zone and exports its products across Africa, Europe, and North America.
