Weedol Gun! Lawn Weed Control

Weedol is a long-standing British brand specializing in garden herbicides, with its roots tracing back to 1905 when it was founded to help gardeners maintain weed-free spaces. For much of its history, it was a flagship brand under the UK-based company ICI (Imperial Chemical Industries) and later became associated with Zeneca.

In the late 1990s and early 2000s, the brand was acquired by The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as part of its expansion into the European garden care market. However, in 2017, Scotts Miracle-Gro sold its international (non-U.S.) operations, including the Weedol brand, to Exponent Private Equity. Today, the brand is owned and operated by Evergreen Garden Care (UK) Ltd, which is headquartered in the United Kingdom. Most Weedol products, including the popular 'Gun!' spray range, are manufactured in the UK to serve the local gardening market.
