It was acquired by Karo Healthcare (formerly Karo Pharma), a Swedish healthcare company. This transition was part of a strategic realignment by Reckitt to focus on other core growth categories. Today, E45 remains headquartered in the UK for regional operations, but its manufacturing takes place across multiple locations through a global supply chain and contract manufacturing partnerships managed by its Swedish parent company.
