The Loewe Individual 40 is a high-end television crafted by the luxury German electronics brand Loewe. Originally known for pioneering the world's first fully electronic television in 1931, Loewe has maintained a reputation for merging advanced technology with bespoke design. The 'Individual' line, in particular, was celebrated for its customizable aesthetics, featuring high-quality materials like brushed aluminum and glass.
Most Loewe televisions, including the Individual series, are developed and manufactured at the company's long-standing headquarters in Kronach, Bavaria. The brand prides itself on its 'Made in Germany' heritage, maintaining artisanal assembly lines that handle everything from hardware development to final product testing. In recent years, Loewe has reinforced this commitment by opening advanced production lines for OLED technology in the same facility.
While the Loewe brand faced financial restructuring in late 2019, it was acquired and revitalized by Skytec Group Ltd. Under the leadership of CEO Aslan Khabliev, the brand continues to operate as Loewe Technology GmbH, focusing on premium home cinema and audio ecosystems. By 2026, the company has further expanded its luxury portfolio through strategic acquisitions, such as the French audio brand Cabasse, to offer fully integrated, high-performance audiovisual solutions.
