Since 2011, the brand has been under the ownership of IPN (Inspired Pet Nutrition), a leading pet food manufacturer in the UK. IPN was later acquired by CapVest Partners LLP, a private equity firm, which remains the ultimate owner and controller of the brand's strategic direction as of 2024 and beyond.
