Ureich Pils Alkoholfrei

Ureich Pils Alkoholfrei is a non-alcoholic pilsner-style beer produced by the Privatbrauerei Eichbaum, located in Mannheim, Germany. The brewery was originally established in 1679 by Jean du Chêne, a Wallonian brewer whose name translates to 'Eichbaum' (oak tree) in German. It is the oldest brewery in Mannheim and has deep historical roots in the region.

The product is brewed according to the German Reinheitsgebot (Purity Law) using only water, barley malt, and hops. As of early 2026, the company is undergoing a restructuring process under self-administration following a filing for insolvency in late 2025. While it was previously associated with the Actris group (founded by SAP co-founder Dietmar Hopp), it is currently operating as an independent entity (Privatbrauerei Eichbaum GmbH & Co. KG) while seeking new investors to secure its long-term future. Manufacturing remains centered at its historic facility in Mannheim.
