To combat her homesickness, she began recreating the delicate biscuits and crackers of her childhood in Bordeaux, eventually opening a Tea Room that became a popular stop for travelers between Haro and Bordeaux.

Today, the brand continues to operate as a family-run business based in the La Rioja region of Spain. The production remains true to Josephine's original artisan methods, including the use of high-quality local ingredients like stone-ground flour and extra virgin olive oil. The company is currently managed by her grandchildren under the legal entity The Good Stuff Company, maintaining its commitment to natural ingredients without additives or palm oil.
