Sartori Garlic and Herb BellaVitano is a premium artisan cheese crafted by the Sartori Company, a family-owned business based in Plymouth, Wisconsin. This unique cheese is part of the award-winning BellaVitano line, which was first introduced in 2008. The base of the cheese is a proprietary recipe that offers a creamy, firm texture with the savory, nutty characteristics of a premium farmstead Parmesan balanced with the sweetness of an aged Cheddar.

The Garlic and Herb variety is specifically hand-rubbed with a savory blend of garlic, lemon zest, Aleppo chili pepper, parsley, and extra virgin olive oil. The milk used for production is sourced from local family-owned farms within a 70-mile radius of the Wisconsin creameries, ensuring a fresh and high-quality base for their cheesemaking.
