Together, they produce some of the UK's most beloved treats, including Maryland Cookies, Jammie Dodgers, Wagon Wheels, Rocky Bars, and Party Rings.

The creation of FBC UK brought together major manufacturing facilities across England, Scotland, and Wales, including sites in Batley, Blackpool, Edinburgh, Kirkham, and Llantarnam. This merger has positioned the group as the second-largest branded biscuit baker in Britain. The Italian confectionery giant Ferrero, through its affiliated holding company CTH Invest, acquired Fox's Biscuits in 2020 and Burton's Biscuit Company in 2021. This combined entity operates as a strategic branch of Ferrero's expanding global biscuit portfolio, leveraging the expertise of two of Britain's most storied food producers.
