Anne & Valentin is a high-end French eyewear brand that emerged from the artistic and technical partnership of founders Anne Dubois and Valentin Moreau. Established in 1984 in Toulouse, France, the brand was born out of the couple's desire to create frames that were expressive, colorful, and tailored to the unique personalities of their clients, rather than conforming to mass-market trends.

Today, the brand maintains its reputation for artisanal quality and independent spirit. Most of its acetate and plastic frames are handcrafted in the Jura region of France, a historic center for French spectacle making. Its titanium frames, known for their precision and Lightweight durability, are manufactured in Japan, which is widely regarded as the world leader in titanium eyewear production.

Though the company was sold in 2017 to a private buyer to allow the original family to step back, it continues to operate as an independent entity with a focus on creative freedom and high-quality production. The brand remains deeply rooted in its French heritage, with its design studio still located in Toulouse, ensuring that every collection reflects the original vision of its founders.
