Färsking granola and cereal

Färsking is a Swedish health-focused food brand specialized in granola and breakfast products. Founded in 2014 by young entrepreneurs Amanda Larsson and Calle Rosengren, the company was born from a frustration with the high sugar content in breakfast cereals marketed toward youth. The brand promotes a 'No Junk, Just Funk' philosophy, offering products with no added sugar.

In June 2023, the brand reached a significant milestone when it was acquired by the Evanoff Group, a Stockholm-based business group known for developing small to medium-sized food companies. Since the acquisition, Färsking has continued to operate as part of their diverse portfolio, which includes other Swedish food brands like Zeinas and Lakritsroten. Today, the products are widely distributed across major grocery chains throughout Sweden.
