Iglo Roerbak Sensatie Kip Teriyaki is a popular frozen ready meal featuring a blend of basmati rice, Beter Leven chicken, and various Asian-style vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and sugar snaps in a teriyaki sauce. The Iglo brand itself was originally launched by Unilever in Belgium in 1956 and expanded across continental Europe shortly after.
In 2015, the brand was acquired by Nomad Foods, a British-headquartered company that has since become the largest frozen food manufacturer in Europe. While the brand has British-American corporate roots through its parent company, the products are manufactured in various facilities across Europe, including Germany and Italy, to serve the diverse European market. In the Netherlands, the brand is managed by Iglo Nederland B.V., based in Utrecht.
