The history of the brand dates back to 1950, when it was founded by Gerardo Ornaghi. Initially a general produce farm, the company pivoted to specialize exclusively in aromatic herbs like sage, rosemary, and laurel during the evolution of the Italian food market. Today, the third generation of the Ornaghi family, including Carlo and his sons Gerardo, Paolo, and Luca, manages the operations.

The product is Grown, harvested, and packaged in Italy, specifically in the Brianza region and surrounding areas of Lombardy. The company operates a modern 2,000-square-meter facility dedicated to the processing and distribution of its herbs, which are widely distributed through major Italian supermarkets (GDO) and the Ortomercato in Milan.
