Voda Vrnjci is one of the most prominent Serbian mineral water brands, originating from the famous springs of Vrnjačka Banja. The brand's history is deeply intertwined with the thermal and mineral springs in central Serbia, which have been known since Roman times. This historical connection is reflected in the product's branding, which features a Roman gold coin (dukat) as a hallmark.

Modern industrial bottling of the water began in 1970, and the company was formally established as a socially-owned enterprise in 1990 before undergoing privatization. Today, Voda Vrnjci is 100% owned by Ekstra-Pet, a Serbian company specializing in PET packaging. Unlike many other major Serbian water brands that have been acquired by multinational giants like Coca-Cola or Pepsi, Voda Vrnjci remains under domestic Serbian ownership. The water is sourced and bottled directly at the company's facilities in Vrnjačka Banja to preserve its natural mineral composition.
