Coopers Dry is a low-carbohydrate lager produced by Coopers Brewery, a historic institution in the Australian beverage landscape. Originally established by Thomas Cooper in 1862 in Adelaide, South Australia, the brewery has remained a beacon of independence in an industry largely dominated by multinational conglomerates.
