Panodil is a well-known brand of paracetamol (known as acetaminophen in some regions) used for pain relief and fever reduction. The brand has a long history, originally introduced in the United Kingdom in 1955 by the company Phillips, Scott & Turner, which was later part of Sterling Drug Inc.

Over the decades, the brand's ownership shifted through various major corporate acquisitions. It eventually became a flagship product for the British pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). In July 2022, GSK spun off its consumer healthcare division into an independent, publicly-traded company called Haleon plc.

Today, Haleon is the ultimate owner of the Panodil brand. While the brand is global, a significant portion of its production occurs in Dungarvan, Ireland, which is considered the 'global home' of Panadol and Panodil, producing billions of tablets annually for the European and international markets.
