Kings Elite Snacks Biltong

Kings Elite Snacks was founded in the United Kingdom by three brothers (Charlie, Mark, and James Simpson-Daniel) alongside several England rugby internationals. The brand was established with the goal of creating high-protein, healthy meat snacks, specifically biltong and jerky, utilizing a traditional South African curing process but tailored for the British market.

While the brand prides itself on its British roots and manufacturing, the sourcing of its premium ingredients—such as Wagyu beef—often comes from both the UK and Australia to meet high demand. In 2014, the brand underwent a significant transition when it was acquired by the New World Foods group, which was later integrated into the global portfolio of Brazilian meat giant JBS.

Today, Kings Elite Snacks operates as part of the Pilgrim's Pride corporation, which is a subsidiary of JBS S.A. This global ownership structure allows the brand to maintain its focus on premium snack production while benefiting from one of the world's largest food supply chains.
