This specific product is an organic, non-homogenized buttermilk soup flavored with vanilla and lemon, noted for being produced from cows fed without soy.

The product is manufactured exclusively in Denmark at Thise Mejeri's own production facilities in the town of Thise. The brand remains under the ownership of the Thise Mejeri cooperative, which consists of approximately 70 organic dairy farmers who collectively own the company, maintaining a focus on traditional craftsmanship and organic principles.
