The brand holds a Royal Warrant and is synonymous with British tea culture, particularly for its English Breakfast and Earl Grey blends.

While the brand originated in the United Kingdom and maintains its headquarters there, its manufacturing and sourcing are global. The tea leaves are sourced from various countries including India, Sri Lanka, and Kenya.
