NetSuite is a foundational cloud computing company that specializes in business management software. Founded in the late 1990s as NetLedger, it was one of the first companies to pioneer the delivery of software applications over the internet, a model now known as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

The platform provides a unified suite of applications including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), accounting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and e-commerce solutions. It was originally backed by Larry Ellison and led by Evan Goldberg. In 2016, the brand reached a major milestone when it was acquired by Oracle Corporation in a deal valued at approximately $9.3 billion. Today, it operates as a global business unit under Oracle, serving thousands of organizations worldwide with its digital infrastructure primarily engineered and maintained in the United States and global data centers.
