Bergader Heumilch Käse is a specialty cheese produced by Bergader Privatkäserei, based in the Bavarian Alpine region. The 'Heumilch' (hay milk) designation indicates that the milk comes from cows fed naturally without fermented fodder, following traditional farming practices.

Founded in 1902 by Basil Weixler, Bergader remains a family-owned independent company today. Its production facilities are located in Waging am See and Bad Aibling, Germany. The brand is well-known for combining traditional craftsmanship with modern dairy technology, remaining one of the few large German dairy companies that has not been acquired by a multinational conglomerate.
