Stryhn's Leverpostej

Stryhn's is a cornerstone of Danish food culture, best known for its iconic 'Grov' leverpostej (liver pate). The brand's history began in 1941 when Henry Stryhn founded a small factory in Copenhagen. Over the decades, it grew into Denmark's favorite liver pate brand, transitioning from a family-owned business to a large-scale industrial producer while maintaining its traditional recipe characteristics.

Today, Stryhn's is manufactured primarily in Roskilde, Denmark. Since 2008, the brand has been part of the Norwegian conglomerate Agra. Stryhn's Gruppen, the local subsidiary, manages a diverse portfolio of Nordic food brands. The product remains a staple for Danish 'frokost' (lunch) and is widely recognized for its high market share and deep-rooted heritage in Danish households.
