Sanpellegrino (often styled S.Pellegrino) is an iconic Italian brand with a history dating back to 1899. The water is sourced from a single natural spring in San Pellegrino Terme, located at the foot of the Italian Alps near Bergamo. The water emerges from the ground naturally carbonated and is bottled exclusively at this source.

While the brand maintains its deep Italian roots and traditional production methods, it has been owned by international conglomerates for decades. In 1997, it was acquired by the Swiss food and beverage giant Nestlé. Today, it remains a flagship premium water brand under the Nestlé Waters division, distributed in over 150 countries as a symbol of 'Italian style' and fine dining.
