Osprey (Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Software)

Osprey is an open-source, multi-vendor software suite developed for the processing and quantitative analysis of magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) data. It is primarily built as a MATLAB-based toolbox, designed to streamline the workflow from raw data acquisition to metabolite quantification and visualization.

The project originated through the collaborative efforts of academic researchers, with significant development led by the Georg-August-University Göttingen and the Johns Hopkins University.
